In this post, I will show how to create a simple flow to send an email when a new project is created.
So let’s do it.
Open your Project Online (https://your_domain_name.sharepoint.com/sites/Your_PWA_name) and then click on Flow.
Sign in, click on My Flows and then Create from blank.
Now, search for Project and select the Project Online – When a new project is created.
Write the Site URL and click + New step and select Add an Action
Search for Mail
Fill out the required fields marked with “*” and that’s all, click Create flow and insert a name.
Now to test, open your PWA and create a new project and check if you received an email.
There are a lot of ready templates to use, you can check clicking on Create from Template and there are a lot of options to use and different ways to do, you just need to try.
