Hello!!!
Be ready to migrate your projects from CodePlex to GitHub.
Brian Harry announced on March 31th, 2017. that they will shutting down CodePlex and use only GitHub. In October they’ll set CodePlex to read-only and shutting down completely on December 15th, 2017.
CodePlex is Microsoft’s free open source project hosting site. You can create projects to share with the world, collaborate with others on their projects, and download open source software. But now they are migrating to another tool the GitHub.
GitHub is a development platform inspired by the way you work. From open source to business, you can host and review code, manage projects, and build software alongside millions of other developers.
Brian Harry, wrote a post explaining why they decided to shut down the CodePlex and how the new tool GitHub will works from now.
