Configure Rollup of Timephased reporting in Project Online

Hi all,

Microsoft has released the Reporting option in some tenants of Project Online, that means, now you can report data to different levels of granularity, choosing Daily, Weekly, Monthly or by fiscal period.

After applying, you need to publish all projects, then refresh your Excel Data or Power BI reports. (Maybe you’ll need to fix some reports based on the granularity that you want).

With that new option, the following tables were affected:

  1. AssignmentBaselineTimephasedDataSet
  2. AssignmentTimephasedDataSet
  3. TaskBaselineTimephasedDataSet
  4. TaskTimephasedDataSet

You can check the support documentation here: Microsoft

Enjoy !!!
